Science fiction is currently divided into a dozen sub-genres which means that there’s something for everyone. So I decided to pick up ten of the most popular titles that YA science fiction has to offer. There are no descriptions because it’s all pretty self-explanatory.
So have you read any of these? If not, do you plan to?

Ah Sana this is wonderful! I love it =) Plus you picked some great reads.
"There is no hope for you here" LOL. And great picks, I loved The Hunger Games and The 5th Wave 🙂

omg, this is brilliant! I've read a lot of those, and I think I prefer more sci-fi adventure — a la Under the Never Sky. Love that you broke down the genre into subcateogries this way 😀
What an awesome flowchart! I really need to get to the ACROSS THE UNIVERSE series – I've had the first one sitting on my shelf for-EV-er…

I plan to read all of these. Of course, besides The Hunger Games as it's the only one in the list I've read! This is a great flowcart! I plan to tackle Uglies, Cinder, The Knife of Never Letting Go or The 5th Wave first as I am familiar with them. The rest comes after! 😀

I meant flowchart. Sorry! 🙂
I love the flowchart! You have a lot of great books listed here – I'm getting more and more interested in Pivot Point and All Our Yesterdays, I just need to find some time to read them!

Sana, this is SO FREAKING AWESOME!!! I LOVE what you've done with the recs! Super cool graphic, girl 😀
I've read pretty much everything on here, and the others are on my tbr, except for The Knife of Never Letting Go. 'What's beyond civilization', huh? Maybe I should give it a try…
Btw, the blog redesign looks good 🙂

ha! this is awesome! i love the last one— there is no hope for you here. hahaha Cinder and Pivot Point are high on my list to read soon! I generally like sci-fi as long as there is a sprinkle of romance thrown in. 🙂
This is amazing! I love the "there's no hope for you here." Made me laugh 😀 I've heard All Our Yesterdays is really good – I have a friend who keeps telling me to read it… Maybe I'll get on that soon 🙂

Ohh… fantastic flowchart!
Great flow chart!
Love the graphic! I've only read The Hunger Games ahhh but I've heard great things about all the other books on your list! 🙂
Awesome way to do TTT! I've always wanted to make a flowchart but I'm laaazy. I need to read All Our Yesterdays!

I approve of that last bit. "there is no hope for you." 😀
And I wonder what The Knife of Never Letting Go is about. I've heard of it, but I'm just going to scurry off to check it on goodreads. And I really like your graphic! I'm so happy I've read a few of those.

Heehee I love the flowcharts! I recently used similar ones at our library for a "What's Next?" display for after you've read the Hunger Games. Some really great books and so many I still need to read – Cinder, Pivot Point and The 5th Wave. My TTT.
Oh Sana, this is brilliant!! What a great idea to do a flowchart. Me, I'm a sci fi LOVER so I actually want to read ALL of these books (I have read half already), but this would be perfect for people who are a little bit iffy about the genre. Not sure why – it's awesome! Love the "There no hope for you here…" comment!
